4. Client Files and Confidentiality

The documents law firms send us for production and fulfillment frequently contain confidential and privileged material. We treat every client file accordingly:

• Files are used only to perform the engagement you request — never for any other purpose
• Access is limited to the production staff working on your project
• Transfers move through ShareFile with encryption in transit
• Physical materials are stored securely during production and handled per your instructions on completion

If your firm requires a confidentiality or business associate agreement covering a specific matter, contact us before sending files and we will put one in place.
